AUR - ANSRU - National Association of Human Resources Specialists

 

AUR is a pragmatic, professional organisation, focused on action and prevention.  In our conception, the activity in the human resources field represents much more than evaluation, selection, recruitment or training sessions in multinational companies.  AUR-ANSRU sees its role in human resources management to involve the needs of all professional categories.  AUR-ANSRU regards that it is important to inform and educate people in the spirit of recognised national and international level rights.  The organisation also plays a role in intermediating the social dialogue among many social actors: government institutes, central and local public authorities, employers associations, trade unions or other types of employees associations, NGOs and civil society in general.

 

Since 2001 this organisation has been involved in different projects at national and international level for the promotion of decent working conditions, equal opportunities, CSR, sustainable development
