The Corner House

The Corner House is a research and solidarity group, focusing on human  rights, environment and development. It works closely with communities affected by UK investment and corporate activities overseas. It has submitted two cases under the OECD Guidelines on Multinational Enterprises - one with Friends of the Earth, PLatform and the Kurdish Human Rights Program on BP's Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan oil pipeline, running  from the Caspian to the Mediterranean, and the other against BAE  Systems. It is also working with other UK groups to press for  improvements to the UK National Contact Point's handling of specific  instances under the Guidelines.
