Via Iuris - Centre for Public Advocacy was formerly known as the “Center for Environmental Public Advocacy (CEPA)”. Via Iuris is working in the following fields: Enforcsement of Freedom of Information, Public Participation in Decision-Making and Access to Justice; Public Control of Power and Combating Corruption; Minority Rights Protection; Freedom of Expression; Land Use Decision-Making, Quality of Life and Right to a Healthy Environment; Petitions, Association, Assemblies.
