YARC’s research examines Japanese foreign direct investment; multinational corporations and their CSR practices; the East Asia Community; and the Tobin Tax. YARC was involved in the March 2004 case concerning Toyota’s anti-trade union practices in the Philippines, which was filed with the Japanese NCP.
