Allegations
In November 2011 the US NCP received a request for a review from an NGO alleging that a US multinational enterprise was breaching the general policies, disclosure, and combating bribery provisions of the Guidelines in Liberia.
Outcome
The US NCP concluded that the conduct in question was being effectively addressed through other appropriate means including implementaion of the UN Security Council Resolution 1408, and therefore concluded the specific instance.
