Better Navigating Conflict to Provide Remedy to Vulnerable Communities
A 2016 report that examines the efforts to gain redress in practice by looking at the general performance effectiveness of National Contact Points (NCPs). The report provides a detail overview of the Australian and UK NCPs and considers two human rights related specific instances filed with the NCPs- the POSCO case and the Vedanta case . The report was written by Dr. Shelley Marshall of Monash University as part of the Non-Judicial Human Rights Redress Mechanisms Project.
