Thinking about filing an NCP complaint? Our step-by-step guide highlights key considerations, explains the process, and offers strategic tips and advice.

Explore our database of civil society and community complaints to National Contact Points worldwide. Follow case developments, compare experiences, and find insights into complaint outcomes and trends.

See how individual National Contact Points perform against key indicators that assess their complaint procedures, promotional activities, and organisational structures.
Our advice is available to civil society organisations and communities seeking to use the NCP system, regardless of whether they are members of the OECD Watch network.
Our mandate does not extend to providing advice to individuals, trade unions, or worker organisations. We encourage these groups to seek support from organisations or advisors with relevant expertise and mandates.
We work closely with our trade union counterpart, the Trade Union Advisory Committee (TUAC), who can provide detailed advice on union-led NCP complaints and workers’ rights under the OECD Guidelines. Read more on TUAC’s website.
